Personalized insulated jute bag with cotton pocket: the premium refrigerated tote bag

The custom jute cooler bag combines two materials: a 14x15 cm jute outer shell , natural and textured, and a heat-reflective insulated lining that maintains the temperature for several hours. Its cotton pocket sewn onto the front serves as a dedicated branding area—this is where your logo is placed, guaranteeing a much sharper result than direct printing on the jute weave.

Dimensions: 32 x 39 x 17 cm, flat braided cotton straps 69 x 3.5 cm, imprint area 18 x 20 cm on the pocket. Customization available via screen printing (up to 4 colors), digital printing , or transfer, minimum order 100 units. Also available plain, without imprint.

Configure your bag: 2 to 4 choices

You are always asked to make two choices: the quantity and the marking technique. The following depend on the technique chosen.

• Neutral bag : 2 choices, and the price is displayed.
• Screen printing : 4 choices (quantity, technique, number of colors, metallic ink).
• Digital printing or transfer : 3 choices (quantity, technique, format).

The marking is done only on the cotton pocket on the front : there is therefore no front/back option on this model.

1. The quantity

From 100 to 5,000 units (100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000). The price reduction is limited: for this bag, the cost of materials is the primary factor, not the technical costs. For orders over 5,000 units, please contact us.

2. The marking technique

Screen printing — up to 4 colors. Each color requires its own screen, hence the price increases with the number of colors. The cotton pocket provides a smooth and even surface, much better than jute: details and fine typography reproduce well.

Direct digital printing — no color limitations, ideal for four-color process printing, gradients, and photos. Two sizes: 20 x 20 cm or 28 x 28 cm. Note that white cannot be digitally printed (white ink does not exist).

Transfer — image printed on film then heat-applied, opaque finish. Four formats: A3 (28 x 28 cm), A4 (28 x 20 cm), A5 (14 x 20 cm), A6 (14 x 10 cm).

No markings — the bag is delivered plain.

Important note regarding formats: the pocket measures 18 x 20 cm. Formats larger than this cannot be used as is—we will adjust the design with you during the proofing stage. In practice, A5, A6, and 20 x 20 cm are the most suitable for this model.

3. The number of colors, or the format

This second choice depends on the technique: number of colors (1 to 4) in screen printing, size in digital printing, format in transfer printing. In screen printing, the number of colors refers to the actual colors present in your logo, not the number of motifs.

4. Metallic ink (screen printing only)

If your logo includes a gold, silver, or copper, screen printing uses a specific metallic ink, which is slightly more expensive. Answer "Yes" as soon asat least one of the colors in your logo is metallic.

Important: Color rendering

Because the printing is done on the cotton pocket and not the jute, the result is consistent and true to life: this is the major advantage of this model compared to a classic jute tote. The pocket is a natural ecru color, light enough that it doesn't require any additional printing— an undercoat is neither necessary nor offered for this bag.

We reserve the right to stop a production order if, for technical reasons, the final result could be compromised: logo sharpness, screen obstruction, image extending beyond the pocket area, etc. In this case, SHOPSTORE will always contact you to offer a solution before any manufacturing begins.

Prepare your file

Print area: 18 x 20 cm on the front pocket. Send us your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf); a high-resolution file (minimum 300 dpi) is also acceptable, either digitally or via file transfer. A proof will be sent to you for approval before production begins.
