Large 80g custom non-woven bag: the XXL promotional tote bag

The large, custom-made non-woven bag is the most spacious in our range: 50 x 40 x 15 cm, almost twice the volume of a standard tote bag. Its 15 cm gussets allow it to hold boxes, folded textiles, binders, or several catalogs without losing its shape, and its long 60 x 3 cm handles remain comfortable even when fully loaded.

Customization via 1-color screen printing or transfer, on one side or front and back, in 12 colors, starting from 100 units. Also available plain, without marking.

Configure your bag: 3 to 5 choices

You are always asked to make three choices: the color, the quantity , and the marking technique. The following options depend on the chosen technique and only appear if they are relevant.

• Neutral bag : 3 choices, and the price is displayed.
• Screen printing : 5 choices (colours, quantity, technique, printed sides, metallic ink).
• Transfer : 5 choices (colour, quantity, technique, format, printed sides).

1. The color

Twelve shades, all at the same price: White, Red, Pink, Yellow, Orange, Turquoise, Royal Blue, Navy, Green, English Green, Black, Medium Grey.

2. The quantity

From 100 to 5,000 units (100, 250, 500, 1,000, 2,500, 5,000). The unit price decreases with larger quantities: since technical and preparation costs are fixed, they are spread across the quantity. For orders over 5,000 units, please contact us for a dedicated price.

3. The marking technique

Screen printing – 1 color. The ink is pushed through a screen directly onto the fabric. This is by far the most economical technique for large print runs. This material only accepts one color : non-woven fabric does not allow for the precise registration required for layering inks. If your logo has several colors, there are two solutions: the transfer method shown below, or one of our cotton bags, which can accommodate up to 4 colors using screen printing.

Transfer — A3, A4, A5, or A6. The image is printed onto a film and then heat-applied. No color limitations, opaque and crisp finish even on a dark background: it's the perfect solution for a multi-colored logo, a gradient, or a detailed design. Four sizes: A3 (28 x 28 cm), A4 (28 x 20 cm), A5 (14 x 20 cm), A6 (14 x 10 cm).

No markings. The bag is delivered plain.

Note:Direct digital printing is not possible on non-woven material.

4. The format (transfer only)

Choose the size of the applied graphic: A3 to fill the entire imprint area, A6 for a discreet logo. The larger the format, the higher the cost per piece—it's the film surface area that is billed.

5. The printed sides

One side (front) or two sides (front/back). For front/back printing, the design is charged for each side: the printing cost and technical fees are doubled. On a bag of this size, front/back printing makes perfect sense—both sides are clearly visible when the bag is carried.

6. Metallic ink (screen printing only)

If your logo includes a gold, silver, or copper, the screen printing process uses a specific metallic ink, which is slightly more expensive. Select "Yes" for this option, and the additional cost will be included in the displayed price.

Important: Color rendering on this medium

Non-woven fabric does not accept a flat undercoat. Unlike cotton, it is impossible to apply an opaque base coat before your colors. The direct consequence: on a dark color, a light-colored screen-printed ink will appear slightly tinted by the background.

Our advice: opt for a clear contrast between the ink and the bag (white on navy, black on yellow), or choose transfer printing, which gives an opaque finish regardless of the background.

SHOPSTORE cannot be held responsible for the color reproduction of screen printing on dark colors, as solid colors are not achievable on this type of material. We reserve the right to halt production of an order if, for technical reasons, the final result may be compromised: logo sharpness, screen blocking, etc. In such cases, we will always contact you to offer a solution before proceeding with production.

Prepare your file

Recommended print area: 28 x 28 cm. Send us your logo in vector format (.ai, .eps, .pdf); for transfer, a high-resolution file (minimum 300 dpi) is also acceptable. A proof will be sent to you for approval before production begins.
